Baked Mashed Squash

Ingredients:

2 butternut squash
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbs. brown sugar
salt & pepper

Directions:
  1. Cut squash in half, and remove seeds.
  2. Place in baking dish and bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
  3. Once tender, scoop out the flesh, place in a bowl.
  4. Add butter, nutmeg, salt, pepper and 1 Tbs. brown sugar.
  5. Mash all ingredients together until smooth.
  6. Sprinkle squash with remaining brown sugar.
