Blackberry Wine Cake
Ingredients:
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 cup Manischewitz blackberry wine 1 box blackberry Jello
For Glaze: 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup blackberry wine
Directions:
- Mix cake mix with Jello.
- Add eggs, oil and wine; mix well.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes in a greased and floured bundt pan.
- When cake is done, mix powdered sugar and 1/2 cup blackberry wine and bring to a boil.
- Pour 1/2 of glaze mixture over hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
- Leave in pan 30 minutes.
- Take out and pour remainder of glaze over cake.
