Bologna Torte
Excellent with crackers or a party bread Ingredients:
1 large package of thin sliced bologna 1-2 containers of cream cheese with chives and onions 1 bunch of fresh parsley
Directions:
- Place bologna on round dish one slice at a time.
- Spread cream cheese on top of bologna.
- Repeat until preferred height is desired.
- Then ice (like you would a cake) with remaining cream cheese.
- Use the Parsley as a garnish around the Torte.
