Cranberry Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:1 1/4 cups butter, softened 1 cup icing sugar 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 pkg Ocean Spray Craisins Sweetened dried Cranberries, chopped Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix flour in 1/4 cup at a time.
- Stir in Craisins.
- Form a dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place 1 dozen at a time on ungreased cookie sheet. Or flatten balls to rounds about 2" in diameter with bottom of glass dipped in granulated sugar.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Remove from sheet, cool slightly and sprinkle with icing sugar.
