Cream Cheese Pressed MintsThis makes a lot but they are good and pretty. 
Ingredients:
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/4 tsp. oil of peppermint 2 lbs. sifted confectioners' sugar food coloring as desired
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Place in sugar-dusted Christmas-shaped molds.
- Press and turn out.
