Mini Cheese Cakes

24 vanilla wafers
2 8oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients except vanilla wafers until smooth.
2. Place vanilla wafers into paper baking cups in muffin tin (one per cup).
3. Place 2 tbsp. of mixture on each vanilla wafer.
4. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
5. Cool, and top with cherry pie filling.
