Mushroom Rice
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups raw rice 5 cups water 1 onion, chopped 1 green bell pepper, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 cup celery, diced 4 cups mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon sage 2 teaspoons thyme 2 teaspoons parsley salt and black pepper
Directions:
While heating oven to 350 F, saute a few minutes: onion, bell pepper, garlic, and celery.
Add mushrooms, sage, thyme, parsley, and salt and pepper.
