No-Bake Rum Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup rum
Additional confectioner's sugar for coating

Directions:
  1. Mix together all ingredients.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll in the additional confectioner's sugar.
  4. Store in a cool place in an airtight container.
Makes 2 - 3 Dozen
Cookies are best if made several days before serving.
