Super-Fast Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix 1 large can sliced peaches in syrup 9 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
Dump peaches and syrup into 9x9 pan.
Dump dry cake mix on top and even out. (Yes, that's dry cake mix right out of the box. Don't do anything to it.)
Place butter pats on top.
Sprinkle nutmeg and brown sugar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees (F) until top is golden - about 30-35 minutes.
Let cool before serving with ice cream or whipped topping.
The cake mix, butter, and the peach juice cook together to form the super-yummy crust. It's not a real cobbler, but when company shows up - it will save you!
