Two-Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2/3 cup butter-flavored shortening 3/4 cup butter, softened 1-1/2 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs 1-1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 3-1/4 tsp vanilla extract 3-1/2 cup flour 1-1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips 2 cup vanilla chips 1-1/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream together shortening, butter, and sugars until fluffy.
Mix in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Blend in vanilla, salt, and baking soda.
Add flour, chocolate and vanilla chips, and chopped pecans.
Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet (spray with no-stick spray first).
Bake 12 minutes or until edges are beginning to brown.
