How do I Pick up a Postcard?
Well, first, someone has to send you one (no kidding huh?). You will know you have a Paw Prints
Multimedia Postcard waiting for you when you receive an email notification from us telling you
about it (lucky you!). Then you just follow the instructions included in the email message.
Can I pick up my postcard at my local Post Office?
Nope. Don't even try it. They will laugh at you -- ALOT ! (besides, we are much faster !)
Can Anyone Read my Postcard?
Nope ! Only the recipient of the Postcard will be able to view it. Each Paw Prints Multimedia
Postcard has its own Unique Pick-Up Pass Key. It is impossible to view a Postcard without entering
this code first, and only the recipient of the postcard knows that code number.
How do I Enter my Pick-Up Pass Key?
Just click the link in the notification message (if your email program supports it), come to our
website, go to "Pick Up Your Postcard" and enter your Unique Pick-Up Pass Key on the form. (Your
pick-up pass key will be included in your notification email, right after where it says:
"Your Pick-Up Pass Key is:". Type (or 'copy and paste') it carefully into the "Pick up Your Postcard"
box on our Pick up page. Be sure to enter it exactly as you received it in your email !
After you have entered your code, just press the "Show me my Postcard" button.
I can't find my postcard Pick Up Pass Key Code
If you are having problems finding your pass key code, please forward the complete Pick up
Notification email you received to us at:
pawprints@purplelion.com Use the subject line: "I can't find my Pass Key Code" to ensure faster service.
How long do I have to Pick-Up my Postcard?
We delete postcards after Three (3) Weeks of the day they were written. Sorry, but there is
no way to recover these cards after they are discarded.
I tried to pick up my Postcard, but it says "no card found."
If your card is over 3 weeks old it has been deleted from our database. If your card is less
than three weeks old and you are getting the "no card found" error message, make sure you are
entering your Pick Up Pass Key Code correctly. It needs to be entered exactly as it was
sent to you in the notification email. (try copy-and-pasting your Pass Key into the form). If
after trying that you are still getting that error, please forward the entire Pick up Notification email
to us at: pawprints@purplelion.com

I can't bookmark a card I received. What I am doing wrong?
You can't bookmark a card sent from our Service. Even if you are able to access it from a
bookmark the next day -- it won't be available for long (we store cards for limited time only).
Why can't I hear any music with my postcard?
Your Postcard does not have any music with it. Solution: Tell sender of the card you
like music.
Your browser does not support music (some browsers require a special 'plug in' to play music
files on the Internet). Solution: Get the appropriate plug-in needed - available free.
The volume is turned down or off on your speakers. Solution: Turn volume on or up as needed.
Your speakers may not be working. Solution: Check speakers.
Your sound card may not be working. Solution: Check sound card.
Your ears may not working. Solution: Clean your ears.
